This variety has a dense, upright, columnar growth habit and requires very little to no pruning to maintain its shape.
Foliage is aromatic with a blue-green shade and produces less fruit than many other pencil pine selections.
This tree responds well to pruning, so can be trimmed to size and shape.
The tree is a signature or specimen conifer that is commonly used to bookmark to a doorway, planted either side of a path or to line a driveway or wall.
Growing Conditions –
Prefers a moist, well-drained, fertile soil in a full sun position but can adapt to suit semi-shade positions.
Requires low maintenance, while also being frost tolerant
Fully grown it can be up to 11m high and 1m wide
