Frequently Asked Questions
​What if an item is out of stock?
Grower stock changes all the time. If something you ordered isn't available, we can either refund that item in full or find a similar substitute, whichever you'd prefer.
​Can I order In-Stock and Marketplace items in the same transaction?
No, sorry, these need to be separate orders. Marketplace orders can't be combined with our in-stock items.
Is there a freight cost to order items in?
Marketplace pricing is already competitive because we're ordering straight from the grower. Some growers charge a freight fee to get your plants to our nursery, and that's calculated automatically in your cart. This is separate from any delivery fee for getting your order from us to your door.
​What about delivery?
​You can collect from our nursery, or choose one of our local delivery options at checkout.
What is the cancellation and return policy?
Once a Marketplace order is placed, it can't be cancelled, changed or refunded, unless the grower can't supply an item. Double check the plants suit your space before ordering. If something specific matters to you, like height, shape or foliage, contact us first and we can try to get extra details, measurements or photos from the grower. Read our terms and conditions for further information.
How long will you hold my Marketplace order for once it arrives?
Once your order's ready, please arrange collection or delivery within 14 days of us letting you know. These are living plants, so their condition can change over time, and we can't guarantee how they'll look if they're left much longer than that. Get in touch if you think you'll have trouble collecting in time, we can talk through your options.
How do I organise pickup or delivery?
You choose pickup or delivery at checkout. Once your order arrives, we will contact you to book a pickup time or confirm your delivery date.
