We are looking for a team member (around 1-2 days per week) to join our team as an employee and manage our online creative side of the business, alongside Nathan. 🍃
Please note - we are not considering a contractor ABN type arrangement, we are looking for an employee who can be part of our team and our nursery vibe.

💡 Employment type is casual with hours flexible times to suit your lifestyle and commitments. Above award wages for the right person and entitlements as per award such as super.
💻 Plan, create & schedule engaging social media content with a focus on engagement and creativity
📸 Capture photos & videos of our trees, plants, people & nursery life through the seasons, while updating stock inventory online
🌐 Contribute to website design & updates
🤖 Blend creative AI ideas with hands-on “old school” content
🏡 Work from our nursery office with all equipment provided - or supply your own and be compensated for their use.
💡Be able to work on your own as well as collaborate with existing staff as needed
🌟 About You:
😄 Bubbly, vibrant & confident — someone who brings positive energy and lots of ideas for engaging content.
🎨 Creative eye for photography & video
💡 Experienced in social media & content creation (qualifications in marketing, media, or communications an advantage)
📂 Able to show examples of past work & demonstrate commitment creativity
