Which delivery zone am I in ? -  

• To calculate the delivery cost and type of delivery offered, please add the items to your cart, then select "Delivery" at checkout. You will then be given the available delivery options for your area. Please choose the cheapest option.

Local delivery zone -  

• Includes all Ballarat suburbs and immediate surrounding towns.

• Cost is $39 flat rate for orders over $130 and $49 for orders under $130

• Estimated delivery 1-10 days.

• Once we receive your order and finalise our delivery list, we will SMS you to confirm the delivery date. Please reply to confirm your acceptance.

Regular Scheduled Delivery Zones

• We aim to delivery every 6-10 weeks to the following areas 

  • Bendigo & Calder Corridor - includes Eaglehawk, Kangaroo Flat, Maiden Gully, Marong, Castlemaine, Maldon, Hardcourt, Newstead, Malmsbury, Kyneton, Woodend, Macedon, Gisborne, Riddells Creek, Sunbury

  • Geelong & Surf Coast - includes Elaine, Meredith, Teesdale, Bannockburn, Inverleigh, Lara, Corio, Drysdale, St Leonards, Queenscliff, Barwon Heads, Torquay, Mount Moriac

  • Western Melbourne Fringe - includes Melton, Hopetoun Park, Rockbank, Caroline Springs, Derrimut, Deer Park, Truganina, Laverton, Hoppers Crossing, Werribee, Altona Meadows, Point Cook, Wyndham Vale, Eynesbury, Bacchus Marsh, Ballan, Gordon, Wallace

• Once we receive your order and finalise our delivery list, we will SMS you to confirm the delivery date. Please reply to confirm your acceptance.

 

Order Triggered - Non urgent delivery zones

• These zones are not on a regular schedule. Delivery is triggered once enough orders come in from your area to make up a full run. That means delivery will usually take between 3 to 7 weeks. That's the trade-off for a cheaper rate, since we wait to fill the truck with other orders in your area first. Good news for your wallet, not so much for your patience.

  • Daylesford & Central Highlands - includes Daylesford, Hepburn Springs, Glenlyon, Musk, Sailors Falls, Bullarto, Lyonville, Trentham, Newlyn, Newlyn North, Dean, Spargo Creek, Bullarook, Springbank, Millbrook, Greendale, Dales Creek, Blackwood

  • Goldfields & Mid North - includes Maryborough, Carisbrook, Avoca, Daisy Hill, Majorca, Amphitheatre, Talbot, Lexton, Waubra, Clunes, Tourello, Creswick North, Ascot, Blowhard, Beaufort, Trawalla, Learmonth

  • South West & Western Plains - includes Streatham, Mount Emu, Snake Valley, Carngham, Skipton, Linton, Cape Clear, Pitfield, Rokewood, Dereel, Enfield, Napoleons, Corindhap, Lismore, Cressy

• Cost depends on your address and order size. To check the price, add items to your cart and select delivery at checkout.

• Once you place your order, we will allocate a delivery date once enough orders are confirmed for your area, then SMS you to confirm.

 

When will my order arrive?

Once we receive your order and finalise our delivery list, we will SMS you to confirm the delivery date. Please reply to confirm your acceptance.

​​​Which days do you deliver?

• Most weeks, Friday is our delivery day.

• Unless your order is a large load ( 50+ Advanced Trees ) - we don't generally offer custom delivery dates sorry.

​Please note the following conditions for all deliveries - 

• Minimum clearance height for our truck is 4 meters. Our delivery fee includes delivery of your order to within 5m of where our truck can  park safely.For safety reasons we DO NOT carry trees through your property or place them for you. Please organise for some strong friends to help you carry your trees into your yard and plant them.

• Please note that our responsibility ceases when the freight company picks up the plants. Claims for damage, missing or non delivered stock should be directed to the freight company
